My uncle signed me up at KADA in 2015. I had little motivation, went to class maybe 3 days a week, ate like crap, and wondered why I didn’t see results. I moved to Kansas in November of 2016 and that’s where my fitness journey really began. I was 212 pounds and hated what I saw in the mirror. I changed my diet, worked out 5 days a week, and in June of 2018 when I moved back to Colorado I was down 50 pounds and in better shape at 24 than I was at 18.
