We’ve all heard it, breakfast is the most important meal of the day! Yes! Our bodies need to start working the minute we wake up and they need fuel to work. Not eating causes our metabolism to slowly deteriorate over time.

But why don’t we eat breakfast? For most of us the answer is: time. Maybe its our kids getting in the way. Our kids get fed first and then we finally get the chance to eat, but what happens-we are so tired of doing other things all morning we just give up. Maybe it’s work.
