ROLE DESCRIPTION

Guide our clients through our personalized fitness programs to help them accomplish their health, fitness, and lifestyle goals.

PAY STRUCTURE
  • Starts at $15/class
  • Benefits:
    • Annual continuing education credit
      • Up to 12 classes/mo – $500 CEU credit
      • 13 – 24 classes / month – $750 CEU credit
      • 25+ classes/month – $1000 CEU credit
    • Unlimited Membership and Nutrition Program ($420 value/mo)
      ** Only applies when maintaining 4+ classes per week
  • Optional Incentive Pay:
    • $50/ Sales signup
    • $25/ Skills clinic
    • $15/blog, training tutorial, full content creation

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
  • Coach:
    • Minimum bachelor’s degree ideally in physiology, kinesiology, psychology, or a related field. (Or in pursuit of)
    • KADA Professional Coach Development (PCD) Program Completion or 1.5+ years coaching experience
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Coach a minimum of 4 classes per week with minimum of 1 rotating weekend (saturdays only) per month
  • Availability of weekends and holidays
  • Maintain our member service and coaching quality standards
  • Work closely with Program Director
  • Represent our core values
  • Attend bi-weekly coaches meeting
  • Complete 1-2 CEU/year
  • Communicate class feedback and findings to team leader for further business improvement

TENTATIVE SCHEDULE
  • Onboarding – first 6 weeks
    • 4 classes per week
  • Post Onboarding – 7+ weeks
    • 4-10 classes per week
TRAINING SCHEDULE

Week 1:

  • New Hire documentation and orientation
  • Onboarding and introductions
  • Job processes and software access
  • Weekly Coaches Meeting

Week 2-6:

  • Weekly assisted coaching evaluation and feedback
  • Solo coaching
  • Weekly Coaches Meeting

Week 7+:

  • Fulfilling aspects of job role
  • Set quarterly job performance goals
  • Weekly Coaches Meeting
