One of the longer girl wod’s will show up today, get ready for a lot of chalk for your hands and start building your 6-pack

Heavy Olympic day + a small metcon amrap

THURSDAY

Some awkward object strength to start off the day followed by a fun couplet

FRIDAY

1 RM day of one of your fav power lifts followed by that same movement in a lighter weight rep scheme with everyone’s favorite…burpees!
