Why isn’t the scale moving?

It’s Friday and after a long week of eating totally healthy you finally step on the scale hoping for victory … hmmm … not a pound lost at all and there is weight to lose, how come? 

Is there a chance you weren’t eating enough of the right foods? You had salads {check}, you only ate out once {check}, you didn’t eat after 5pm {check}, you had a few healthy nuts and a healthy bar for lunch {check}, you didn’t eat any kid snacks {check}…so what gives?
