*During each warm up set complete 5 Squat Jumps

– Press – 3reps x 5sets @ 75%

*During each warm up set complete 5 Banded Bent Over Rows

– Chin Up – 3reps x 5 sets (Hard!)
– Banded Face Pulls
(Focus on Scapular Retraction)
*Alternate between these two movements.
