– 11 Chest to Bar Pull Ups
– 30 Snatch (135/95)

* This is a partner WOD!  While partner 1 does CTB pull ups partner 2 will hang from the pull up bar, reps only count while P2 hangs.  While partner 1 completes snatches partner 2 will hold a goblet squat, reps only count while P2 holds squat.  Make sure to alternate between movements/holds to complete equal numbers of reps.   Partners will work together to complete the required number of reps, communication is key as well as good team strategy!  Good Luck!
