– 10M HS Walk
– 5-8 Strict Toe’s to Bar
3 Rounds for Completion

MetCon:
– 500/400M Row
– 40 Double-Unders
– 20/15 Push-Ups
4 Rounds For Time

Perform in teams of two as quickly as possible. As soon as the rower is available, the next person may start rowing.  Finish time is when both partners have completed their 4 Rounds.
