– Power Cleans (L3 135/95; L2 95/65; L1 65/35)
– Bar Over Burpees
*This is our re-test WOD for the Wellness challenge. You should have recorded your old score so that you can push yourself to do better this round. Wellness challenge participants will earn +1point for every additional pound moved in Part 1 and +1 point for every additional rep in Part 2. Do your best and have fun!
