“Gymnastics Challenge”
Complete as many reps as possible for each of the following:
2 Minutes of Muscle-Ups (or muscle up transition scale)
Rest 60 seconds
2 Minutes of Alternating Pistols with Kettlebell (35/20 lb) (or stationary lunge scale)
Rest 60 seconds
2 Minutes of Strict Handstand Push-Ups (or pike push-up scale)
Rest 60 seconds
2 Minutes of Strict Chin-Up Grip Chest-to-Bar Pull-Ups (or chin over bar chin up)
Rest 60 seconds
2 Minutes to establish a max effort L-Sit Hold (or hollow hold or tuck knee hold)
(you only get one attempt to hold for as long as possible)

15 Minute Skills/Drills

Work on gymnastic skills of your choice (rope climbs, muscle ups, ring dips, pistols, handstand walks, etc.) Double under practice will be included if you wish

Complete 100 battle rope chops within this 15 minutes
