Partner Party Saturday!

In teams of two, with only one partner working at a time, complete:
100 Burpees
100 Slam Balls
100 Box Jump Overs

While one partner works, the other “rests.” But your rest is as follows:

during burpees: hold slam ball overhead

during slam balls: hang from pull up bar

during box jump overs: plank from elbows

Your reps of movement ONLY count while your partner holds the “rest” position
