Back Squat x 6 reps
Rest 3 minutes

Final 2-3 reps of final set should be very difficult. The weight should be a slight increase over last week’s squat session.

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 12 minutes of:
10 Thrusters (95/65 lbs)
15 Box Jumps (24″/20″)
20 Calories of Rowing
